PCIM - Highlight on Flat wire and classic solutions EI- C Cores - Traftor

This year PCIM conference in Nurnberg early May, was a perfect opportunity for Traftor to introduce its new family of products of Flat wire and strong development in classic solutions EI-C Cores.

Flat wire toroidal chokes, is most appropriate for high frenquency applications, high voltage, where compact design is requested.

Flat wire technology allows for better current conduction efficiency at higher frequencies.

EI and C Cores shapes are competitive technically and cost effective for specific applications where toroidal shapes can be considered as “over design ”.
